Hypnosis

1) What is Hypnosis?
  A natural process of entering a deep state of relaxation, which helps your subconscious mind become more receptive to suggestions for positive change.
2) How do I know if I can be hypnotized?
  Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness, one which humans pass in and out of several times a day. For example when you are driving and you miss a turn off because you were "miles away". Therefore most people can be hypnotized provided that they want to.
3) How do I know I am Hypnotized?
   Hypnosis is not a sleep state,... it is similar to the feeling you have when you are just about to fall asleep. You are aware of everything that is going on around you as you drift into an altered state.
4) Can I be Hypnotized against my will?
  No, you are allowing the hypnotist to guide you into hypnosis so that you can access your own natural resources. Since all Hypnosis is actually Self Hypnosis no one can hypnotize you against your will. You are free to accept or reject any suggestion as you feel appropriate.
5) Can I get stuck in a Hypnotic state?
  No. The Hypnotist counts you out and you will hear the counting and respond to it.
6) Will I say something I might not want anyone else to know about?
  Since you are in charge and are letting yourself be hypnotized your own mind will determine how much you wish to contribute to the session. You can just as freely answer questions in a hypnotic state as when awake, or not as the case may be.
7) What can Hypnosis be used for?
  Changing bad habits such as smoking and nail biting. It is also effective in dealing with anxiety, fears and phobias, depression and acute and chronic illness. Also problems at work, fear of public speaking and many other things to numerous to mention here.

1) What is Past Life Regression?
  A journey into your past or past life which enables you to experience and remember who you were in another place or time in history.
2) How is Past Life Work Helpful?
  Past life scenarios often reveal underlying patterns of thoughts and feelings whose effects are demonstrated at a conscious level in many ways. Such as anxiety, jealousy, lack of confidence, poor physical health etc. The understanding and releasing of these negative thought processes has a beneficial effect on this life.
3) Do You Have to Believe in Past Lives?
  All you need is an open mind and the ability to use your own natural resources and imagination. How you choose to understand it is up to you. It is very much a personal experience.
