Workshops            Calm Point Hypnosis - Susan Chalmers, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach


Day Retreats  allow you to take time out for yourself, regroup and reconnect with your own inner light.  These are held in calm surroundings and include meals.  Day Retreats are for individuals or small groups

Stress Management Courses range from 1day to one week with some weekend workshops. These courses are dedicated to managing stress thereby maximising performance and enhancing emotional health. They are aimed at anyone who feels they are suffering the negative effects of stress.

Past Life Regression Workshops*  are at weekends every three months and are limited to 20 people at each workshop.

Weight Management Programme*   a 12 week course designed to achieve permanent weight loss and change a life time of negative eating patterns. 

Public Speaking   for events, seminars and after dinner on transpersonal and metaphysical subjects.

* Hypnosis, Past Life Regression and the Weight Management Programme can be conducted face to face or via the telephone.

 Other Workshops
Discover your life purpose - find your own direction and be all you truly can be. A four week course on Monday evenings to get you started on your own path.
Meditation - A six week course on Thursday evenings and some weekends designed for beginners or for those who would like to develop the habit of regularly connecting with their source
Spiritual Healing and soul retrieval - Embracing the human self with all its foibles and uniting the mind, body and spirit. Classes are held weekly, with some weekend workshops
Weight on the mind - a 12 week course utilizing the energy of the group setting to keep you focused on your weight loss goals permanently.

Weight Loss For the Permanently Bewildered - New!
You have tried low fat, high protein, low carb diets. Also exercising until you are exhausted. If this is you then you might as well give it one more go. The programme, devised, tried and tested by Susan and David aims to bring about long lasting behavioural change.

The professional and life skills of both Susan and David are utilised in this programme to provide a gentle way to lose weight and at the same time nurture the soul as well as the body. The end result being the natural state of balance and harmony.

There are group sessions (8 people max) and for those wishing for more personal attention one to one sessions.

We all know that food is fuel that gives our bodies the energy it needs to perform its daily tasks. There is little point then in overstuffing the body or starving it. Susan wrote the following poem to further explain this point.

The Dieter

173 calories in 30 grams of Rice Krispies
That includes 125 millilitres of milk
Skimmed of course.

Full cream a delight long since passed
Taste buds have no purpose at all
In a mouth devoid of savour.

Slumber does not easily come
Having been in bed since eight pm
To avoid the pangs of hunger.

The night is punctuated with noise
The sound of craving fills the air
The longing for nourishment.

It is not easy to feed the soul
When bodily desires are uppermost
In an unfed mind.

The days are long and filled with yearning
Of times remembered,
Bulging with calories.

Balance is the name of the game
Moderation is the spirit’s call
In all things it is said

Whoever spoke those sanctimonious words
Was not fat.
