Day Retreats
allow
you to take time out for yourself, regroup and reconnect with your own
inner light. These are held in calm surroundings and include
meals. Day Retreats are for individuals or small groups
Stress Management Courses
range from 1day to one week with some weekend workshops. These courses
are dedicated to managing stress thereby maximising performance and
enhancing emotional health. They are aimed at anyone who feels they
are suffering the negative effects of stress.
Past Life Regression Workshops* are at weekends every three months and are limited to 20 people
at each workshop.

| You have tried low fat, high
protein, low carb diets. Also exercising until you are
exhausted. If this is you then you might as well give it one
more go. The programme, devised, tried and tested by Susan and
David aims to bring about long lasting behavioural change.
The professional and life skills of both Susan and David are
utilised in this programme to provide a gentle way to lose
weight and at the same time nurture the soul as well as the
body. The end result being the natural state of balance and
harmony.
There are group sessions (8 people max) and for those wishing
for more personal attention one to one sessions.
We all know that food is fuel that gives our bodies the energy
it needs to perform its daily tasks. There is little point then
in overstuffing the body or starving it. Susan wrote the
following poem to further explain this point.
